What does it imply ?

BATTERY,REPLACE BATTERY  and AUXILIARY  LIGHTS all off.

All my services working OK right now.

Best guess is that your  BBU lost AC power.  Check to make sure it is still plugged in.

and it answered my question about meaning of lights.
