My service has been down since sometime yesterday (phone and internet). I wasted over an hour with chat support. Got in to phone support (still cannot get name nd contact for accountable US executive for useless chat support.
Phone support had me open my ONT box and pull battery wire, disconected. I had given them my cell number but they didn't call back. Called in again, got robot notice it would be fixed by end of dat TOMORROW. Am on hold as supervisor tries to get a tech here today.
Supervisor tells me there is no phone number for executive complaints. So I guess while I cannot work today I just need to work on complaints to Maryland PUC, FCC, BBB and news media about your non-service.
