It's 2011 and I don't understand why I'm having this problems considering the amount of money I'm pumping into the service.  At times, the videos will load pretty quick, but not 25 mbps service quick.  But, 90% of the time, I'll have difficulties loading qaulity as horrible as 240p.  Please, help.  This is a problem on both my latop and desktop which use WIFI.  It also was a problem on my desktop that had a direct ethernet connection, but I had to replace that because of a damaged ethernet port.

The latency seems to be a bit jumpy for a Fiber connection, but what I see seems to be the common problem of the links going to/from Google's network being saturated. There's packet loss starting at the google-gw.customer.alter.net router which can be either on Verizon's end or Google's end. It's bee a longstanding problem for many areas.

Are you having trouble video streaming to other sites such as Vimeo?
