I chatted with Verizon tech support today because my iOS devices won't connect with the 50/50 speed I pay for. Jose was so incompetent, he couldn't even read what I wrote. He made me write it 2 or three times. Then would not help me. Verizon, if you are reading this, your techs need better training.
