Since Thursday and not been able to log on to secure websites such as AOL, banks, Facebook and NIH webmail. external applications such as Rhapsody iTunes
are also affected. This occour on severa computers which have not problem connecting thruough our neighbors Comcast. Many other posters on dslreports and
AVS FIOS forum have reported the same thing. The common theme is Verizon continues to refuse it is their problem.
Each caller is told that no "one else is reporting this". When I asked to speak to a higher level technition they told me that it "didn't meet their criteria". A
similar post here was pulled. Just google "https Fios". My wife is ready to pull the plug on FiOS which would be shame since I hate Comcast.

I wasn't able to post here before - but I was having problems with https/ssl and uploading.
After telling my router to reconnect (it disconnected, I'm guessing something on your side was reset) - things seem to be working again.
I am curious - what was wrong/what was changed ?

According to my official 16-year-old tech, she is able to sign on to Facebook, AOL and to Rhapsody. Will confirm when I get home.
