Verizon Tech installed a new Quantum Gateway Router this week and all computers on the network are connecting and working without issue. However, each TV, Xbox and Apple TV (all connected via ethernet hardlines) have not been assigned new IP addresses by the router and will not connect.I've rebooted everything several times, tried different ethernet cords, bought a new switch but nothing has worked. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

You may have to have each device forget the IP connection and try again. I've seen some of those continue to try and use their old IP addresses after a router change or reset.

How do you make them forget the former IP addresses? All the devices will connect wirelessly but not via ethernet.

Depends on the device. Essentially you must make it ask for a new IP. Some of these devices assume the ip is valid until it reaches its end of lease date/time (Often 24 hours).
Sometimes as simple as disconnecting WHILE RUNNING the ethernet cable for a minute and then reconnecting.
