I upgraded recently from 35/20 internet, where the download speeds constantly topped out at 40mbs, to 50/30, where the best download speeds I get are around 42.3mbps. Now the past couple of days my internet has been REALLY slow. I've gotten as low as 5/15. Are there any problems in the NYC area? I have already reset my ONT and router and I'm getting the same speeds.
