I've had this problem with all revisions of the Actiontec MI424WR. It typically happens when you access the router config page using SSL (https://). All you have to do is log in and navigate around, or make a change. Usually the built-in web server becomes unresponsive and then the whole router reboots itself. This is even happened on my rev. I. This doesn't happen when I use Firefox to access the config via SSL.
