Setting up separate 'business device' network

I have a Fios Quantum router for our business Fiios account for our community pool.

I am trying to figure out the best way to structure the wireless networks given our situation.  Because we are a community pool, we may have dozens of devices connected to our Wifi at once.  However, we have 2 iPads that are used as cash registers and check-in tablets that we want to have faster access so that check-in isn't delayed.

What is the best way to use the dual band networks and the guest network so that our members have the most bandwidth to work from but the 'important' devices take priority and are faster?

This question may not make any sense technically but I'm hoping someone can advise... thanks in advance!

I would put your "business" related devices on the standard 2.4 and 5G networks.

Set up the guest network and give that out to all pool customers.

Not sure how the router prioritizes the Internet access, but having a lower number of devices on the standard networks will give the best performance.
