Site Builder - tool is not available ?

I am a FIOS Residential customer.

In my Personal Web Space I am trying to start using the Site Builder Tool.
Every time I try click on the link to "Start Using Site Builder", I keep getting a screen that says the "tool is not available".   This has been happening for 3 days now.  Can someone please put me in touch with the Correct Verizon Support folks ?  I have spent waaaay too much time trying to contact the right people

I just tried to get to "Start Using Site Builder" and the result was successful.  Here's the page:

It's working now for me, so are you still seeing this issue?

Adding or modifying "links" within SiteBuilder

Out of the blue, I am suddenly not able to estabish a link to text at my website.  When I highlight text, then left click on the chain link icon, the application does nothing.  This is the same case when I highlight an existing link- nothing happens when I click the chain link icon.  I've tried several times within the last week.

Does anybody know what's going on?
