how excited i was when i moved to an area that offered fiber optic internet, i jumped right in and left comcast in the dust. So you can imagine how dissapointed i am to find out that my favorite sites like twitch and youtube are having soooo much trouble. you see, fios actually takes you back in time to 2006 where pages take 30+ seconds to load, and streaming video stops to buffer constantly. i guess its back to comcast.....and i was considering switching other services to verizon like my phone, ill consider coming back when twitch works. oh by the way, when i set up my internet i was asked alot of questions about comcasts customer service, clearly verizon wants to beat them on that front, well, i cant even find a phone # to talk to a human on  your site, so let down again

But besides that, are you using a Wi-Fi or Wired connection to the router? This is the important step, because no ISP, not even Comcast, guarantees the reliability of Wi-Fi.
