Still waiting for call back

At about 630 I called and after about 20 minutes rep agreed to have manager call me. After 3 hours of waiting I called back and another rep transferred me to a foreign language verizon where the call disconnected. It's been 4 hours since original call and no one has called me back yet.

For many problems, especially billing and advanced technical support, the weekends is a bad time to try and reach them.  And these forums are not likely to help.  Even if an admin offers to escalate, the escalation time is in days not hours.
