I've rescheduled  my Verizon appointment three times spoke to numerous agents so don't you dare tell me to take my issue to one. I've missed work, gone over faults with my account confirmed my appointment three times through text and email and phone, and someone is reschualing me and or changing the times in my account and confirming those times WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I know it' Verizon. Well in case you guys **bleep** up Again, I took the liberty of scheduling a Comcast installation a week from now. Whoever installs my internet first gets my devoted service lol leave it to the customer to fix a cable company's wrongful issue. I feel it's wrong for this company to make so many appointments with their customers and then not show and not only waste my time but also my money. Thanks alot you guys have gone really down hill since 2012.
