I have a strange problem. I have a client who has DSL at his office, and a DVR with four cameras attached. Works fine on the LAN. I can access it remotely from my office (I have DSL). So port fowarding is working great.
But, he cannot access it from his house, where he has FIOS. He connects, but cannot view video. I tried my laptop on it, same result. I connected remotely to my office desktop and tried it, worked fine.
I changed ports on the DVR, from 10000 to 50000. Same result, no video.
So I thought it could be an issue with the Actiontec router. We swapped it out with a Netgear, but got the same result.
Any ideas?

It is a loopback issue.
#1 The router supports loopback but it is turned off.
#2 OR The router does not support loopback.

Thanks for the reply. I have a few questions about loopback:
1) Which router woud be having the loopback issue? The one attached to the DVR, or the remote router at the house?
Just to be clear, this is my scenario:
DVR---->Actiontec DSL Router ------- INTERNET---------------------------------------Netgear Router (FIOS)----->PC
(Client's business) (Clients Home)

*That would of been a loopback issue*

#1 What software firewall is on his/her computer at the client location?
#2 What is the model of that Netgear router?
#3 From work ( Client's business ), is that port (or ports) open from the net?
This means using any of the following sites..
