Substandard equipment and support

We have been FIOS customers for nearly 10 years, and at one point I was happy with Vz, unfortunately the equipment got old, and the last 3 years have been one problem after another, and today the entire system went down AGAIN. The ONLY way out is to switch to Time Warner cable it appears. I'll not spend any more time on the phone or chat with Verizon.


I missed game 4 of the World series last year because of Verizon's inability to maintain their equipment, it WILL NOT happen again.
