T-mobile @Home router conflict?

I've had T-mobile @Home phone service working well withFios for several months. Since 10/23/09, I've been able to hear only a dial tone. I can dial another number, but cannot hear the other person, though they can hear me.
I've replaced the T-mobile sim card and router (after spending hours with tech support from Linksys and T-mobile) as well as the phone, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem?
I have an Actiontec router; XP computer. Internet works fine.
