What kind of time limit are you referring to? What exactly are you wanting to limit?
Yes you can. Go to the parental control tab in the router settings and create a rule.
Be careful when using parental controls as when you enable parental controls your download speeds will be cut in half. This is because parental controls run in software on the router and not in hardware (which is always faster).
