I cannot remove the Verizon Broadband Toolbar from Add/Remove Programs because the dll is missing. I haven't had Verizon internet for almost 2 yrs. Can anyone help me remove it?

This will remove just about anything, USE WITH CARE
you can also try reinstalling it, and then uninstalling it.
