Trying to prewire new construction for easy Verizon Hookup

Trying to prewire an apartment building prior for Verizon hookup when tenants ulitmately move-in. Walls are open and would like to wire everything now so it's neat, orderly and aren't holes in the exterior of the building where we wouldn't like.

Tried talking to a salesperson on the phone, they were minimal help. Wondering what our electrician needs to provide in each apartment in order to allow easy/minimal hookup when Verizon is ordered.

May also be worthwhile to run an empty conduit from a common utility area to a closet orother area with nearby electrical outlet in case Verizon wants to run an ONT to each unit.

I would also look at layout of each apartment and think of the best place you would want a coax outlet in the living area as well as bedrooms or den.

Newer STBs can do wireless so may not be needed, but pretty cheap insurance rather than having tenants trying run it themselves.

Definitely run homeruns of rg6 and cat 6 to a jack in each room. Run them back to a low voltage panel to where Verizon can place an ONT and connect to the wiring.

What kind building is it? How many units? Is the Verizon terminals on a pole or in the building? You can run conduit from the basement or utility area to each apartment so VZ can run fiber to the unit. You could also have all the ONTs placed in a basement or utility area. Then run 2 cat 6s and 1 coax feeds to to the low voltages panel in each in each apartment.

Basically inside the apartment have a cat6 and coax running to a low voltage panel. That panel will also need a conduit to wherever VZ brings in the fiber to the building. Or run 2 cat6s and 1 rg6 to wherever VZ is bringing the fiber. Sorry it’s a lot of information, but just post back if any other questions.

Low voltage panel like this would be good.
