10.0.0.1 seems like a Comcast address as opposed to Verizon. 🤔

To help you better, it would help to know:
At least the brand and model of your NAT router. For example..
I have a Linksys E4200 hardware version one running fresh tomato firmware.

Ok.
In the meantime while waiting for the thread to moved from DSL to Fios, I have to ask.
#1 Do you have Fios TV too? #2 Only if so, is it Fios One TV/Fios TV One?
#3 While you can not get to that page, you can get to 10.0.0.1 ? Ex https://10.0.0.1/

FYI, none of the Verizon devices are modems. They are routers. Fios does not use modems.
Did you change the default IP address of the router? Are you able to login to the router? Verizon routers default to 192.168.1.1 with a LAN submit on 192.168.1.x (i.e. 255.255.255.0 mask). If you didn't change it, try using 192.168.1.1 to access the router.
I can't confirm the proper URL for the advanced log on the G3100 as I don't have one. The G1100 uses a different URL: https://192.168.1.1/#/monitoring/advancedlog. It's very possible the G3100 is different, though. Hopefully someone with a G3100 will post the correct URL for the advanced logs.
