Since the issue is on all of your email, and not JUST the Verizon email... I have to assume it is an issue local to your PC....

Your description is pretty vague, so I am not sure what the issue is, exactly...

best of luck with it

Let me try again Up until wednesday when i was in my Msn  i was online and wanted to try and send something to my son, I go to page and click on send a link by email. When the box pops up in the box it states in the From box my name and the email address which is verizon.net and in brackets ( incoming.verizon.net).I cant send email now with the link,, i beleive in the box it should say (outgoing.verizon.net).I really never took noticed.I even went to check my Verizon pop and stmp and it is correct pop is incoming and smpt is outgoing i dont know why when i send mail from another web i cant get it to send now.The error box said email rejected address  {edited for privacy} .I have tried to get in touch with Verizon to get an answer but i keep getting sent to their web site i like to talk to a person is there a number i can call and get some in verizon.I had verizon only few months and seems i have some issues which i never had with Optiniumonline cable ,As i said i only had this mail issue since wednesday my mail went through before then

Jerr529,

I appologize that you are having trouble contacting technical support. The number to get in contact with FiOS Technical Support is 888-553-1555, we are here 24/7 so please call at your leisure if you are having trouble and we'll be more than happy to help ya.

Although from yer description it sounds like the issue is in the outlook express (or whichever email client is setup) is not setup correctly. The outgoing.verizon.net smtp server requires authentication and there is a option in the mail settings to do this (Tools->accounts-> Select Mail Tab->Highlight the email account for verizon-> click properties-> click servers-> then at bottom there is a "My outgoing server requires authentication" box that needs to be checked.

Hope this helps, if not please call into the Techical support and we'll help you get it resolved.

Thanks,
