When I first started with Verizon internet I would turn my computer on and hit the Verizon icon, then I would get a box that remembered all my emails and passwords indefinitely and I would have the choice as to which one I chose to use. Then, once I got there, the top toolbar had an option to change user. That has disappeared totally. I then had a sign on screen that was supposed to last 2 weeks, this doesn't work at all.
Another thing, Comcast offers all the same products and they also have a channel for viewing local college football games which Verizon does not.
