I'm so fed up wtih Time Warner Cable here in Manhattan, so I called my landlord about Verizon and he said that Verizon hasn't even contacted him about getting the service. How can I get Verizon to get in touch with him? I'm a guarantee'd signup and I'm sure others in my building would as well.
