I am trying to set up my Verizon wifi account. I get to the screen where I'm supposed to select a username and password, but I only get an error message stating that the username that I've chosen is already in use. I've tried about 30 different combinations without luck. Is it really possible that all the random sequences of letters and numbers that I've tried are being used? Any suggestions?
It's always possible, but if they are truly random it's unlikely the usernames are all in use. It could be a glitch in the system.
