I've been trying to change my FiOS services/bundle but keep getting the error message: "We're sorry, we are unable to continue your order at this time." How do I explore options online?

Sorry you are having difficulty changing your service online. An agent with access to your account will reach out to you directly by email, private message in the Forums and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account for more information or to help you resolve your issue.

It's been a week, and...nothing. No communication. You guys are making me want to go to xfinity. Please, not that.
