How do I get this if I lost the paper that it is written on?

Use the WirelessKeyView utility from Nir Sofer on a notebook that accesses your WiFi network.

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/wireless_key.html

It will show the network and password/pass_phrase used for that WiFi network.  Then record the information and store it "in a safe place" for future reference.

NOTE:  Anti virus applications may flag this utility as a Tool, HackTool or PUP.  Not because this utility is malicious, it isn't, but because this tool can be used maliciously.

If this is for a FiOs router and you have an ActionTec or a Westell, check the sticker on the bottom of the router. The key is often printed there. Failing that you can use the suggestion above or you may log into the router's web interface from a wired computer to either retrieve the key or set a new one. We can tell you how to do that if you need to know.

you can get it from the Set top box in home agen.  menu > customer support > in home agent > network diagnostic, and then you hit your right arrow to see more details after the test

you can also get it at www.verizon.com/repair by selecting retrieve my wifi information (you have to log in with your email address/password)

and you can read it off the printed service tag on your router.

Interesting...

I did;

Menu --> customer support --> in home agent --> network diagnostic (with using the "Info" button on the remote)

It showed a nice picture of my Router, ports on the back and LEDs and with "Inbfo" the WAN IP address and the STB LAN address but, no data on the WiFi password/passphrase

Thus, I'd say that isn't a "reliable" methodology.
