What is the basic difference between Residental FIOS and Business FIOS

I currently have a Residental FIOS service but i am not able to host my website on my computer using the same.

Does Business FIOS provide static IP with its basic plan. Do the speed differ.

yes, static, and = higher costs; and you can still choose different speed packages
