When can I expect to receive the voucher for my LG G Pad

I recently upgraded to Quantum 50/50 and am supposed to receive a voucher for a free LG G Pad.  I'm wondering when and how I can expect to receive such a voucher, and once received how long it generally takes to receive the item?  I was hoping to make it a holiday president for a family member but am wondering whether it will come in time.  My upgrade activation date was November 15.  Thanks!

You should receive it by mail after 30 days. I received mine around the 40 day mark however some have seen them sooner.

You have to take that voucher to a Verizon Wireless store to get the tablet, but keep in mind you have to get a 2 year data plan for it in order to get it for free.

You're welcome. The 2 year deal I'm talking about is different then the one you just signed with fios to get the voucher though.

When you go to a Verizon Wireless store to get the tablet that's when you have to get a new data plan for the tablet itself.

Once you sign up for a new 2 year data plan with Verizon Wireless for the tablet that's when they give it to you for free.

I guess I need to be a little more patient.  I upgraded my package on 25 November, and now, approximately 34 days later, I still haven't received the voucher.  When should I contact Verizon if I haven't received the voucher in the next week or 2?

well, it is now 31 Dec and it's been about 5 weeks since I upgraded my FIOS package(25 Nov 14) and still no sign of the certificate for the LG Tablet.  I am also confused as some people have gotten their certificate via e-mail vs regular mail.  Can someone give me some guidance???

HI

I have contacted Verizon multiple times about my voucher i was promised for signing up for FIOS in August - it is now 2015 and I talked to an agent last week on Tuesday who said - wait 72 hours - it has now been 144 hours and no voucher has arrived in my email! Who do I contact now??
