I know that if we are in a Verizon WI-FI hotspot we can connect. But there doesn't seem to be that many of them where I need them. Is there a way to always be abke to have connectivity if we need it? I see other people with special hardware that can pick up WI-FI anywhere.
Thanks in advance,
Paul

FIOS users can use Boingo without signing up. USE your Verizon WIFI id and password (NOT REGULAR ID AND NOT ROUTER ID). Not sure how many locations are available that way.

Thanks, Silver, but since I never was able to connect to a Verizon WI-FI hotspot, I don't know what my username and password are.

You need to signon up once and setup a userid and password (not the same as your regular verizon id and password). Start at http://www.verizon.com/wifi
If you did setup you can ask what your id and/or password from pages hung off that page.
