What needs to be done to get ICC World Cup Cricket shown on Verizon Fios? The Willow TV channel (http://www.willow.tv) has exclusive rights in America and Direct TV has a tie up with Willow TV

Cricket world cup happens once in 4 years - Verizon can make this happen either with their partner DirecTV or directly with Willow TV.

There are a number of Indian, English, Australian, West Indian, South Asian people in US, many of whom may be Verizon subscribers - they be delighted if Verizon can make this happen.

The ICC has announced the schedule for the 2011 World Cup of Cricket. This tournament will be played in the Indian sub-continent, with India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh as the hosts.

I belong to an Aussie expat club here in Boston and can absolutely guarantee broadcast of this live would be watched by virtually all members (and by a significant number, if not all, of the Brits we play soccer against every year.)

We can't get AF here in HD I kinda doubt there is much chance for cricket matches.
