Well, I tried to add Action & Entertainment thru My Verizon last night. The $7 advertised fee added $18.95 to an estimated bill window. My monthly went from 111.32 to 130.27. I was expecting 118.32 + tax on $7.
How may I conduct business online when I have to agree to charges that are not intuitive.
Please do not suggest I call Verizon. Verizon offers My Verizon online.
Kinda feel My Verizon should work logically.
111.32 + 7 does not equate for me to 130.27
