Have you seen your bill? What I have seen they charge and give a credit, so I hope it works out. It still free at that point. At $30 is still a great deal compaired to what other providers charge for less.
Did they activate this quickly for you? I got a call 2 weeks ago and HBO and Cinemax have not been activated for me yet. I already have the movie package, so I don't know if that is messing it up.

I would call the orders/billing department at 800-VERIZON and find out if there is a problem with the service order. In the South/West Area region we guarantee any orders placed prior to 12pm to be provisioned by 5pm, and any later than 12pm to be completed by 12am that night.
