Why would FIOS give us Epixz 2 HD and make it only a Spanish channel?

UNBELIEVABLE!!! I just turned the channel on and the Audio is in BOTH spanish and english, at the same time!! It sounds like a bunch fo gibberish. Of course I've been on hold for the last 30 minutes, Verizon Customer Srvice is just awful!!! It's like that on every tv in the house, and it is NOT an SAP setting issue, it's the **bleep** signal.

It was in Spanish for 2 days then it was every other movie and then my favorite was both English and Spanish. After going through 3 techs on the phone, I finally got a hold of somebody who didn't tell me it was a Sapnish channel and got the right people to look at it and now it's fixed.

What you said is exactly why I only use the Chat when I contact Verizon, But after two chat sessions they fixed it for me as well. It was an issue with the feed coming from EPIX.
