When is the "Resume" feature in On Demand, (movies/tv programs) going to be fixed ? Whenever a movie is paused/stopped for later continuation of viewing in On Demand, and you return to the movie, the RESUME feature does not work, it restarts the movie from the beginning. This happens over and over. I have reported this several times, to support, and was told a system wide upgrade will correct this issue, the question is WHEN will we see this fix with the upgrades ????? My patience is running low with this issue.

I am having the same problem & it has not been resolved. I was told they would be doing a new upgrade after the new year.

Ditto. This problem, coupled with disabling fast-forward, along with the current non-updating of NBC-HD-On Demand, is making me seriously reconsider swapping to VZ from Comcast.
