Guide not displaying

Hi -

My guide was not dislaying information and would not allow channels to be selected.

I did a manual reset of the STB by unplugging it for 15 seconds.

I did not get the clock dispaly to return  once I plugged it back in.

How long should that take?  It seems to have "cycled" a couple of times, but then returns a blank display.

I did turn it on once earlier and had no menu options at all.  I wsa still able to us the channel up/down on the remote to change channels, but that is about it.

It took about 15 minutes for the clock to display and the box to fully reset - and the guide is back.  I guess I expected it to happen faster based on the info on the website.
