I have the same problem.  I get sent back to the splash page

advertising on demand movies.  No DVR access.  This stinks.

I'm still having the exact same problem. The website works fine for me when I'm NOT logged in. I can go to all the individual links and get into the Record Show options on the DVR. But of course, I can't do anything since I'm not logged into my account. And as soon as I do log in, all the options disappear and I can only get to https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/members/OnDemandHome.aspx. It doesn't matter if I type the URL in myself correctly or anything.

This is beyond frustrating.

Will this ever be fixed? Can't you just revert back to the old website until you get this fixed? This site is useless right now. Oh wait I can still pay my bill online, they didn't screw that one up.

Hi, there,  display issues on the FiOS TV Central website have actually been resolved.  I think it is possible that you may be referring to the new My Verizon pages?

If you are having problems viewing your My Verizon account pages, you could try live chat or sending an email to the team that helps customers with these issues at:

Jamie thanks for the reply.  I have already called Verizon and they told me it was web site issues.  That was over two weeks ago.  The website you have linked below initially comes up correctly I guess.  But if I try do anything on there like Primetime TV lineup and then click show full TV listing it links me back to this default Flex View page.  https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/members/OnDemandHome.aspx .  Also if I go to the very top of the page under “My Verizon Services” and select TV, every one of those selections under TV will link me back to the Flex View default screen.  I cannot find a selection on any Verizon site to see the channel lineups or my DVR, every link defaults back the flex view screen.   When I am not at home I have to use the iphone app to see channel lineups and to delete stuff from my DVR.  This is very annoying.  One last thing, on the flex view page only the Premium movie link works.  The  browse all movies and the browse all FIOS TV online videos will do nothing but link back the default page.   I have tried this on my work computer (XP) and three computer at home running Windows 7, Vista and Linux Mint.  Also I have tried multiple browsers .  Thanks.

I don't know if this will be any help, but a while back the Verizon website asked that I create a new user ID, which I did.  I could then log in to my Verizon account using the new ID and access everything as usual, but when I tried to access FiOS TV Central (verizon.com/fiostvcentral) I would get exactly the same behavior as described above (and elsewhere in this thread) - getting redirected to FlexView.  And this is still the case now.

However, I can still log in using my old user ID, and when I do I have full access to everything, including the TV Central site.  For whatever reason, FiOS TV (under Settings > Remote DVR Access) still lists my old user ID, which is probably why I need to use it (and not the new one) to access TV Central.

I guess I can't post to the forums with Firefox?  They just show up blank.  I'm so irritated right now.

This just takes me to a page with very basic listings.  Clicking on Full Listings just takes me to that same Flexview splash page.  How can this not be fixed yet?  I'm trying to program some Favorite lists, but haven't been able to do it for months.  It seems that just about any link that's TV related just takes me to the Flexview page.

I sort of agree. I don't like all the in your face push to sell VOD. I would like an easy to find guide view. When you select TV Listings it goes straight to What's Hot in VODor Flex View. Then if you look hard enough there is a tiny link for "Guide". Then if you click on that, or the Listings button from the Spotlight page, you will finally get what you asked for.

Not working quickly enough to fix it. Go here and Vote To gave the Listings link in the drop down menu change to Guide. There is already an On Demand link.
