On demand not working two days

For the last two days I have not been able to use the fios on demand I received error codes 268,144. When I spoke with tech support I was told they were doing an upgrade and was to be back online by 8am 3/20. It is now 1:00 am and still not working. My son lives five miles away and he is unable to access as well. Zip code 92570
