I was on the channel guide and saw the ad at the botttom "press A to order the fight". I press it. I order. Next thing I know I'm watching it in SD. I clicked on the guide, saw the HD version on the adjacent channel, and clicked on it. HA, it wants to charge me another $99 to watch it in HD. It never gave me the option of HD vs SD. I assumed I was ordering in HD. But really, I'd think once i order it, I should be able to watch in either.
Has anybody else experience this?

Yep, I'm so upset. Nobody's answering when I try calling either. I tried ordering the HD version both using the STB and through the web, hoping I could clear up the double charge later, but it won't even let me order the HD version now! Seriously verizon, FIX IT!
Oh yeah, I pay extra money so I can watch TV like poor people.

So did anybody get this resolved? I tried ordering HD up to right before the main fight with no success. I'll be calling Verizon. I'm hoping at some point they will have support personnel answering phones again. They certainly didn't anytime after 9PM tonight.
