Record Button is Not Available on TV listing on Internet

I am trying to remotely schedule a recording on my DVR. The record buttons do NOT exist when I view the details of a show. This worked as of Wednesday but do not work now. Why? By the way this web site SUCKS. It took 15 minutes just to get to the page where I could actually enter a message. Why do Verizon insist on making everything difficult?
