redzone alerts

This may be a dumb question but I subscribed to RedZone and I have turned on alerts.  I checked both AFC and NFC.  I have not recieved any alerts thus far.  Currently I am the games are at halftime.  Is there something else I need to do?  I went in and checked a bunch of teams and still have not recieved any alerts.  Kind of frustrating.

The FiOS Football widget must be active for you to receive alerts.
