I am having the same issues I just upgraded and cant register the DVR for mobile it states my number is registered to another DVR.

Verizon fixed my issue remotely somehow after I PM'd Mike and another VZ rep on the forum. 

PM one of the VZ reps on the forum as posting in this old thread did not help me.
