I would love to see the "Retro TV" Channel added to my FIOS channel line up, as they are the only channel showing Mystery Science Theater 3000.
Retro TV is not a cable channel.
It is usually a sub channel to a main broadcast channel.
So if it is not carried in your area, Verizon won't carry it.
You could try contacting one of your lcoal channels to see if they can add it.
