Spartacus Vengence Episode 3

I happen to miss the 3rd episode of Spartacus Vengence. I have waited two weeks for it to post on VOD. The 4th episode posted but the 3rd still has not. What is the problem?

It is only missing from the SD listings.  However, all four Season Two episodes are available in the HD section.

Spartacus Vengeance Season 2 Episode 3 "The Greater Good" has not been put up on Starz On Demand.  It aired on February 10 and is still not listed.  Episodes 4 and 5 are listed currently.  When will this problem be resolved?
