Good job verizon. You came this close to losing a customer. I mean i literally was talking with TWC reps to see what deals i could get.
I am not going to harp on this but you need to do a better job of communicating with your customers. I bet a good number jumped ship already.
Anyway, congrats to you guys for getting it done.
Thank you Verizon! I had faith that you guys would come thru. But, communication is a good thing for your customers so take a lesson from this and give better details next time so we won't get so upset being in the dark.

Can you do me one favor? Once the deal with TWC is final, and the channels are assigned can you let Zap2It/Tribune know ASAP. There seemed to be a day or two lag on the Guide in my Windows Media Center (and on the Zap2It website) for Cartoon Network HD once it was live in VHO3.
My son would really appreciate it. 🙂
