Video and audio off sync

I've been noticing for about 3 - 4 months that the audio and video are not in sync on channels like National Geographic and Discovery.  Anyone else notice this?  It happens both on recorded programs and watching live.  it is just enough to be annoying.  I have not contacted support about it yet...

I'm in the washington state area.
