Why NBC SPORTS is not available for La Connexion Customers?

La Connexion package is for SOCCER fans because it has BEIN sport, GOL TV, FOX soccer, FOX deportes but from tomorrow NBC SPORTS will air the famous BPL. Why SOCCER fans are not allowed to watch the most watched league? Do VERIZON even care to address this issue?
