I've tried for the last several hours to call every number I could find with no success in reaching a live person. I tried adding the Extreme HD package online but that keeps directing me to call 888-591-6076 and the online message says 'friendly representatives are available 8 am to midnight ET 7 days a week'. Of course when you call you get a recording that says 'offices are closed'. It should be this difficult to make changes to your plan.
