Audio cut out

The audio on my slave tv cuts out for a few seconds every few minutes when I connect my tv w/hdmi cable.  It works fine on coax cable.  I have used 3 different new hdmi cables & I am on my 3rd fios box.  Fios tech. has been to my house & replaced original splitter ($50).  Still same problem.

 

Can anyone help?

Possibly a handshaking issue.  You didn't identify a TV or STB.
