Very frustrating. This issue keeps recurring. I can't schedule recordings from a browser & my caller id does not display. Is there any way this can be fixed permanently? I have been on with chat support 3 or 4 times & it is always an ordeal.

Once you get it fixed with Tech Support .... go into your router under Advanced -> IP address distribution and edit the entry for each STB (they're called IP-STB1, etc.) and check the box on the edit screen which says "make static". This will keep the addresses of each STB the same which will keep them aligned with the working settings in the router. As long as you don't reset your router and clear the configuration, it will continue to function properly.
