Caller id, stuck update?

Got fios  in the end of February and it has been nothing but headaches.  Caller id on phone and tv wont work.  I have green blinking lights on every box which i read is an update but wont go away,  Also on demand sometimes works sometimes doesnt?  Tired calling several times and no help, also tried every troubleshooting tip and reset on the box menus for fixing the issues.  Nothing has worked
